Emaq d.o.o. Sarajevo (“we”, “us”, “our”) built the BinTrack app (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how your data is collected and used when you use BinTrack.
Information We Collect
1) Information you provide
- Account data (first/last name, email, organization, role).
- Inventory/warehouse workflow inputs you enter (e.g., item scans, quantities, notes, attachments).
- Support requests and feedback.
2) Information collected automatically
- Device and app data (IP address, device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone).
- Log data (diagnostic events, crash reports, timestamps).
- Usage data related to core features (e.g., scans performed, screens used).
3) Permissions
BinTrack may request the following permissions, only for the described purposes:
- Camera – to scan barcodes/QR codes and attach photos to inventory records.
- Notifications – to send important operational alerts (optional).
- Location (optional, if enabled by your organization) – to tag warehouse operations to a site/zone. BinTrack does not track your location in the background unless explicitly enabled and disclosed in-app.
- Storage/Files – to upload documents or export reports when you choose.
How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and improve BinTrack.
- Authenticate users and manage accounts.
- Support inventory and warehouse workflows.
- Prevent fraud, misuse, and ensure security.
- Provide analytics to improve performance and reliability.
- Respond to support inquiries.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Your organization that administers BinTrack for operational purposes.
- Service providers (cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting) under strict confidentiality.
- Legal authorities if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Third-Party Services
The app may use third-party SDKs essential to operate the Service (e.g., Google Play Services). Their use of data is governed by their policies.

Account Deletion
You can request deletion from inside the app (Settings → Account → Delete) or by contacting support@emaq.ba. Some data may remain in backups for a limited period or as required by law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
BinTrack is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
